Dale Frisch was born and raised in Madison Wi. Real Estate had always been a passion of his but never knew how to get into it. After attending University of Wisconsin Whitewater for Computer Science, he received and accepted a job offer to come work in the Twin Cities as a Computer Network Engineer.

While living in the Twin Cites he started to learn about investing in Real Estate. He met a loan officer and bought a few investment properties. Dale had to learn the hard way about flipping properties. He tried the For Sale By Owner route and that didn’t work. He then decided to rent his properties and become a landlord.

During this time he was still work with the same loan officer (Vanessa Pfeifer). Vanessa was able to keep his rates low by refinancing his loans while he was renting his properties.

Vanessa and Dale shared the same passion for real estate. From this they became very good friends. Dale was still working as a Network engineer traveling all around the Twin Cities learning about each neighborhood that he visited. This allowed him to understand a lot about the Twin Cities area in short amount of time. Since some of the equipment that he worked on was ATM’s, he learned the demographic makeup of each of these neighborhoods.

Dale then became a part-time Real estate agent. Vanessa and Dale’s romance continued to grow through their real estate experiences. Vanessa decided to purchase a rental property. On the day of closing Dale purposed marriage to Vanessa at the closing table.

Then the Real Estate crash happened. Companies started laying people off. Dale became one of these individuals that were laid off. At the time Dale was working both as network engineer and as part time Real Estate agent. When he was laid off he became a full time Real estate agent in the worst real estate market since the great depression.

It was rough going in the begin for Dale to be a full time real estate agent as people were losing their jobs and their homes. Dale’s passion to help people gave him a driven force to succeed while other agents decide to go work in other professions.

Dale had been work for a privately owned real estate company and learned quickly how to run and operate his own company. This was the birth of Attractive Realty LLC.

Dale and Vanessa (now Vanessa Frisch) live in the Twin Cities area and have two wonderful children Devan and Giselle. (see pictures below)

Vanessa is a Loan officer with Wintrust Mortgage and has the same driving passion to help people that Dale does.

Dale has become a Certified Distressed Property Expert and works to help people avoid foreclosure. Currently he has a success rate of 99% short sale completion rate.
